How organised are you?
You know that getting organised is the secret to getting things done efficiently - but, if it doesn't come naturally getting started can be a real challenge.
You know how important having a daily action plan or to do list is, you probably know that the secret of success is to prioritise the items on it, but do you carry out a review at the end of the day?
Make a commitment to reviewing your daily action plan at the end of the day - and record ON IT, what has prevented you from completing any item left undone. Remember that this is for you, not for anyone else; be honest and you'll start to see what stops you being efficient. This is the first step to getting control of how you work.
If all else fails call Ask Lilach and let us help you to get organised.

Helping Mr Very Very Helpful
Sharif George is known as Mr 'Very Very Helpful', because he really pulls all the stops out to help his clients. When it comes to customer service, he and his team at the Computer Help Company deliver exceptional service!
However, Sharif is so busy that keeping tabs on everything was becoming more and more of a challenge. Then, through our networking connections, we made contact and Sharif realised that you don't have to do it all yourself. Delivering exceptional service takes teamwork - so now we're delighted to be part of that team helping Sharif to do what he does best, without having to worry about the detail, the schedule, the organisation of meetings and reminders to arrive in the right place at the right time.
Mr Very Very Helpful can now say 'yes' to his customers and know that he doesn't have to worry about keeping the schedules under control - he just 'Asks Lilach!' and if you think that Mr Very Helpful could help you to keep your IT from giving you headaches, you can contact Sharif on 0845 260 9800 or just call me and I'll make sure he connects with you.

Helpful information about digital transcription
Q: What is Digital transcription?
A: Dictation of, or recording of, a voice to a digital recording device. The recorded digital audio is then played back for transcription by chosen transcriber.
Q: What is the main advantage of digital transcription?
A: It makes voice files as simple to send as a Word or photo file. Plug your digital recorder into your standalone/networked workstation or laptop via USB and download the files to your computer. You can email or send it via websites such as SendThisFile.com if the files are too large to send via your own ISP.
Voice recording is no longer dependent on physical media (i.e. dictation machine tapes of any size etc) so your support team can be anywhere, they don't have to be in the same office. Many UK legal and medical organisations are switching to digital transcription because of the efficiency and cost savings it provides.
Q: How does the quality hold up?
A: The quality of the recordings can be much clearer using such a piece of software such as Goldwave for example.
Q: What equipment and set up do I need?
A: You need to make sure you have a Broadband connection for file transfer (file transfer over modem will be very slow - the majority of audio files are more than 5MB in size). You'll also need a Web browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox to make use of SendThisFile.com to transport your file if your own ISP will not support files over 5MB.
