Telephone answering and call minding is from £20 per month with a month’s free trial now available.

Retainer packages:

Three types of standard retainer packages for virtual office support services are available for specified hours.  Tailored retainer packages can also be designed to suit the particular needs of the client.  For more details contact us for an information pack.  Weekend or evening assistance is available by arrangement.  Expenses such as stationery, postage, packing and travel etc are billed at cost.    

Terms & Conditions

Client Agreement - All clients will be asked to sign a client contract and confidentiality agreement before the commencement of any work. Payment of Invoices - Invoices are sent out at the end of each month with a breakdown of expenditure. Payment is required within 14 days from the date of invoice. Confidentiality - asklilach Limited takes confidentiality very seriously and will never disclose client information without the client’s consent. All work is treated in the strictest confidence. Documentation is only retained for as long as is necessary. Assignments - All work completed will be delivered to the client by email, fax, CD or 1st class post. Errors and Corrections - Asklilach Limited will endeavour to ensure that all completed work is error free; however, the final proofreading of all work is the responsibility of the client. Any errors must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the completed work.
